I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Certified Nutritionist and compete as an IFBB PRO figure athlete. After starting a family, I resigned from my job as a Senior Software Developer to stay home and take care of my two boys. Knowing that as the boys grow older, they would need less of my time, I followed my passion for health and fitness.
I have been living in Woodland Park with my husband of 20 years and two middle school boys since 2007. We love the outdoors by camping, hiking, skiing, golfing and climbing to the top of a mountain to enjoy the scenery and have a picnic.
