    Angela has been my Personal Fitness Trainer for four months now. At my last assessment I had lost 6.25 inches and since beginning my training with her, I have lost 10 lbs. Achieving your goals is what it is all about, right? As a professional, Angela is top notch. She is passionate about fitness and wellness. She is knowledgeable and well trained. Her approach to her business is one of excellence. The service she provides is comprehensive, including ongoing assessments, evaluation, and constant communication.
    In addition to fitness training and instruction, she also provides advice and resources on your nutrition. When I retained Angela as my PT, what appealed to me was that she was accommodating (location and scheduling) and her service is affordable. Lastly, Angela is a beautiful person, she is caring and patient. She makes you feel she is committed and invested in your success which is obvious in her preparation, attention and personalized training. She is also fun and has a great sense of humor. Most importantly, she is a no-nonsense trainer, her focus is to help you achieve your goal(s). She's fiercely committed and every session is about getting the work done, "mind over matter"!     Angela has been helping me train off and on for more than 7 years. She is always positive, upbeat and second-to-none motivational. Her classes are always challenging and make you push your limits - taylored to your level. Angela is very good at being able to modify her routine to encompass any personal physical challenges (i.e., bad back, bad knee, etc.). During the course of Angela's training over the years, I have lost over 40 lbs. with her and become stronger than I knew I could be. Listen to her and you will reach your goals.

    Angela helped me get ready for a five day, 50 mile a day bike tour last year. I lost over 25 pounds! She's very encouraging and supportive! Her workouts are very simple, cost effective and you will see results quickly. Angela has a ton of energy and her creativity keeps you engaged. She's the best trainer I know!
