A friend who had hired Angie for ongoing in-home training recommended her to me several years ago. She told me Angie was kind, smart, very knowledgable and - best of all for me - was expert at designing fun and inspiring programs, and attentively guiding you through them. I'm a long-time exercise shirker, I don't like gyms, and my friend was right. I began by going to Angie's studio several mornings a week for private 50-minute sessions. The space is clean, light, and bright with everything I needed to begin and sustain a program of gentle exercise, balance, and weight training. Angie was and still is my inspiration. She's my cheerleader and has become a treasured friend. I have made real progress, too! She has now added a nutrition piece to her knowledge base, which also is helpful and effective. Fantastic people skills, too. Highly recommend!
