I started Rejuv classes at the Ashland City Senior Center shortly after moving from Nashville. I looked forward to attending each session. She makes the class a lot of fun and it is her personality and encouragement that makes people really enjoy coming back week after week and year after year.
After attending her class relatives and some friends noticed an improvement in my mobility. Andrea is always cheerful, attentive and encouraging.
She know every student by name.
She plays music that senior citizens like.
She is a Christian and testifies to it,
When she needed hip replacement surgery, she continued with the class as though she had no problems of her own and we were the only ones on her mind.
Andrea will be a triple-plus asset in any program where she is assisting seniors in maintaining their lives.

The classes I attended with Andrea instructing were appropriate for our group. She made us feel good about the exercises we did and gave us goals to work toward to improve. I would have a smile in my heart at the end of the hour.

I loved to exercise with Andrea as she was always so encouraging and upbeat for me as I suffer from post polio syndrome & other health issues. I always had lots of fun with the other ladies in exercise class as it started my day with positive thoughts and more energy.
