I bring my passion for health, fitness, and exercise to every training session. It's important to me that participants at every level should feel welcomed and empowered during workout sessions.

I've know Andrea for 20 years and she has always been then perfect persona of fitness and good health. She has worked with me in group exercise and personal training for many of those years. Andrea is extremely positive and a great motivator. She is very knowledgable about the body and exercise science. I'm a 17 year cancer survivor and I feel very comfortable working with her and I'm confident in her expertise. She builds special relationships with each and every one of her clients realizing their individual and specific needs. In addition, she's knowledgable in dealing with injury prevention and recuperation. I really enjoy the way she designs fun and energizing workouts that are challenging, but not above my abilities. They target different muscle groups and are consistently changed as needed to create muscle confusion so, I get greater benefits from my workouts.
