Exercise is my true passion. I'm so very pleased to have the opportunity to teach and train individuals to reach their goals. I began my experience in the fitness industry in 2005. I am married to a very talented husband and we have a wonderful son who loves to be creative. We love the outdoors. So we like when we can take advantage of camping, horse back riding, motorcycle rides, hiking, canoeing, and zip lining. Hey life is short so go out there and live it...Healthy and Active!!

I have taken Amy's boot camp and yoga classes and I really love both. She does a great job of breaking down the moves and watching to make sure you are doing it correctly. She really knows what she's doing and each move targets different muscle groups so you're not overworking/underworking other groups. She makes classes fun and I really enjoy going.

I have been working with Amy for about two years. She is an excellent trainer, very motivating. She mixes it up with strength training and cardio and my results have been great. I would highly recommend her as an instructor and I think anyone who trains with her would benefit from her expertise. She has also become a good friend. Linda B

I have had the pleasure of working with Amy in several boot camps she has held. She is good at motivating and worked to help me reach some of my goals. Each session was different and she does a very good job utilizing the time she has with you. Each sessions I found at least one thing to be a challenge. Nothing is better than getting your work out in with a group of friends.
