After my c section 6 years ago, I knew I needed help to get myself feeling like myself again. I turned to Amy and she really helped me. Within a few months I felt better than ever. I have since worked on and off with her over the years and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to feel and look better. Amy truely cares about you and your health.

I have been training with Amy for over a year, one to two classes a week - and my body has been entirely transformed! And, I have Amy to thank! I had the pleasure of meeting Amy after a long search rehabilitating with many physical therapists. I have a spinal cord injury that left me with nerve damage and pain. I started in private sessions. Amy came prepared for each and every class. She researched the exercises and modified techniques that increased my total body strength. It seemed as if my body changed overnight! I lost inches everywhere, and 10 pounds without even trying! My goal was to hopefully feel better (have less pain), and gain better balance and (if I was lucky) be able to swing a golf club. I feel great! I have less pain, my balance has improved significantly, and I have muscles where I’ve never had muscles before! Even my husband notices the difference. It is completely obvious when you meet Amy, she has chosen the perfect profession – she is an outstanding Pilates’ instructor

Over the last three years, Amy has educated me about how to teach the Pilates Mat and Pilates Reformer disciplines. Not only has she taught me the exercise executions and techniques, but she has also taught me how to quietly observe and gently correct my clients, allowing for a total Mind-Body connection for my students. This set of skills has really effected my member retention and their will to do their very best work each time they meet with me. I highly recommend Amy as an educator and still attend her workshops whenever I can.
