I became a personal trainer in March of 2009 as a result of my own personal health and fitness struggles. I was overweight my entire adult life with a peak of 210lbs. I was tired of being fat and tired and decided to make a change in my life. I have a passion for helping people reach their personal goals and I understand the struggles people go through to stick to a program.
