I've been taking Amy's classes at the West Morris YMCA to cross train, increase my flexibility and most recently, to recover from a minor back injury.

Her warm personality consistently shines through and she always makes her students at every level feel comfortable. This puts a guy like me, someone who can barely touch his shins- at ease.

In addition to her creative music programming, I also love the fact that Amy continues to attend various nation-wide fitness workshops. This helps her classes stay fresh and challenging.

When my schedule permits, Amy's Hydro Spin classes, Aqua Pilates, Studio Pilates and Deep Water Fusion sessions are an excellent way to start the day.

I have been training with Amy for the past six months and I credit Amy with being the major reason that I have improved my conditioning over this period of time.

As a 40-something, I feel that working out is critical and Amy has helped me make substantial improvements. Her experience and approach to training has been beneficial in many ways. At the beginning, she was able to assess my condition and challenged me, but avoided putting me through so much pain that I would be turned off. She then moved me along without me ever feeling that I had an easy day. She helps me progress with a constant mixture of new exercises and increasing levels of challenge.

She closely monitors my posture and form. I am amazed that I continue to slip into poor form and she continually gets me back on track. This has likely helped me avoid injury.

Amy is a real pro and I recommend her without hesitation.
