Maintaining balance in life is extremely important to me. I strive to create a dynamic that’s energetic, fun, safe and supportive. My ability to empathize with women regarding weight and health concerns comes from having to conquer those issues myself. As a new mother, I realize that busy schedules often leave little time for working out, so I work to help clients find ways to incorporate exercise into their everyday life and offer express 30-minute, no frills workouts. Being fit and healthy goes beyond just what’s on the outside, it makes you happier, more self-confident, energetic, less depressed and prepares you for all challenges in life.
My goal is to offer an array of training options such as small group training, boot camps & customized home workout programs that enables everyone the ability to improve their lives with the assistance of a personal trainer.
My training style incorporates strength training, functional and core training and cardiovascular conditioning. I believe this approach is effective for fat loss, toning/sculpting muscle, strength gains and flexibility.
My goal is to coach individuals to help them achieve maximum results and become their best selves.
