Hey there!
I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in personal training. I graduated with honors in Physical Education from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and a minor in Psychology. I am also certified in both CPR and AED.
I played on the Ohio Wesleyan’s Women’s Basketball team and helped to develop and administer the fitness program for the faculty and staff at the University. I also played a part in designing the summer strength and conditioning program for the basketball team.
As a personal trainer, I provided my expertise at both Bally Total Fitness and BEAT Personal Training before opening my own training studio.
I am an avid runner and have completed several marathons including the Boston Marathon twice.
I love working with people of all different sizes, shapes, and fitness levels. I truly enjoy what I do!

"I have attendted Fit4U boot camp for 2 years. Amanda is skilled, thoughtful, sensible, and a pleasure to work with and talk to. She knows just how and when to encourage and when to push. Highest recommendation."

As a complete beginner- I began attending bootcamp with Amanda in 2011 while recovering from a slipped disc in my back. Her knowledge, motivation, kindness and encouragement have helped me to achieve full recovery and beyond! I love attending her classes, I always leave with a full body workout and feeling great! The atmosphere is positive, upbeat and great for any fitness level.

I have been attending Amanda's boot camp classes (offered on the west side of Cincinnati) for a little over a year now. There is a reason that I keep coming back for more. I find Amanda to be motivating and knowledgeable about fitness. She offers a great mix of cardio and strength training, and I don't think we've ever done the same routine twice. It sure keeps the body guessing. I have taken friends who first expressed trepidation about attending a boot camp, and they've become regulars as well. It really is for all fitness levels. A great bonus is that Amanda offers the most affordable boot camp I have found.
I've only been to the Fit4U Studio once (mostly because of distance from my home), but I found it to be a super clean, friendly, and supportive environment. Who doesn't love swinging those ropes and beating a tire on a Saturday morning? ;) I recommend checking out Amanda for your fitness needs, whether you're looking for personal training or a class experience.

I have worked out with Amanda in both boot camp and personal training sessions. I always leave with a full body workout that has incorporated both strength training, as well as cardio. The atmosphere is great, as well as Amanda's personality, making going to work out something I look forward to! She always challenges me, which is continuing to make me stronger. She is very knowledgeable and very willing to thoroughly answer any questions I have about diet and exercise. I highly recommend Amanda and Fit4U!

I've attended Amanda's bootcamp class at Fit 4 U for almsot 2 years! I love it! It has made a wonderful and positive change to my life. I enjoy each class as she keeps the workouts new and exciting but yet challenging us more and more. I will continue to attend bootcamp and hope to some day be a personal training client as well! I trust her knowledge and guidance and would recommend her services to everyone.
