Hi! I’m Amanda, ACE certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, runner, Yogi, and food-lover extraordinaire. Eating healthy and staying active is my passion, and every day I strive to share that passion with you! With the right amount of challenge and support, my clients build a positive relationship with health and fitness, they shed body fat, gain energy, eat cleaner, sleep better, and feel better. During a private session, you’ll sweat! But training with me doesn’t end when your session is over. You’ll take small, do-able steps that will transform your body, your lifestyle and your eating habits. You will never diet again, but will instead learn how to make healthier choices, try new foods and recipes, and even learn the “safe” way to cheat. I’ll teach you how to decode food labels, how to “clean up” your favorite meals, and how to eat cleaner while still staying satisfied. I love food, so if you do too, you’re choosing the right trainer!
As my client you will become a student of health and fitness, learning what muscles we’re working and why, at what heart rate intensity you should perform your cardio, and when to take recovery days. You’ll learn exactly how many calories your body needs to lose fat and not muscle, and you’ll learn strategies to increase your motivation. Knowledge is power, you will never stop learning.
What you won’t get with me is a one-size-fits-all program. The workouts are YOURS; meticulously tailored to your goals, your needs, your busy schedule, and your precise fitness level. Each program is periodized in a way that plateau is never reached. I have trained clients of all ages and fitness levels with vastly differing goals. Whether you want to become healthier, get ripped, win a race, become a seasoned yogi or just tone up, we will work together to achieve goals that will transform your body, your lifestyle, your energy level, and your overall well-being.
