Born and raised in the Midwest, I have been in Dallas for one and a half years and have started chasing my true passion, physical fitness. A graduate of Michigan State University with a BS in Kinesiology Specialization in Health Promotion, I am confident I have the knowledge and skills to help you achieve the results you want. I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and currently working as a full time personal trainer.

Our one-hour session will be spent learning the exercise basics; form, posture, tempo, rest. We will also touch on nutrition and why the two (exercise and nutrition) must go hand-in-hand to achieve true success. I believe in teaching my clients the WHY behind everything we do because people work harder when they truly understand the benefits of each exercise. I place a huge emphasis on core strength and addressing proper form. You'll find a lot of supersets in my workouts to increase Muscular Endurance as well as induce fatigue. Add a 30 second cardio move between each set and you won't have an excuse not to get the results you want.

She is exactly what I was looking and hoping for. She has a degree in Kinesiology. She is flexible. She is encouraging without being a chatty Kathy "bluebird". She is professional and charming. She recognized my weaknesses during the period and directed focus and attention toward correcting those issues long term. I look forward to our continued path of my physical development. If I was selfish I would keep her to myself but highly recommend her to a person seeking those qualities I have mentioned. I wish her much success with the development of her clientele and business.
