    Luke has guided me every step of the way in a major transformation of my life and health. When we started working together, over a year ago, I was 100 pounds overweight and diabetic. I had chronic knee and back pain and had so little stamina that the walk from my front door to my car made me breathless. The nutritionist at my health club recommended Luke. I had no knowledge of personal training. At the most I expected someone who would show me how to use the machines and give me a few simple exercises I could do without hurting myself. From our first session I realized that Luke was a serious and thoughtful health professional who doesn't work from a script but believes in individualized training. He studied how I moved and mapped out a plan that focused on problem areas. The plan and goals have changed as I have progressed. So far I have lost over 100 pounds, lost many inches and a lot of body fat. I can walk long distances, ride a bike, stand in line, even jog a little without pain. I continue to add new skills to my repertoire. My husband had chronic shoulder pain. Since working with Luke, he has become pain-free and enjoys coming to the health club. We train with Luke both together and individually. I can't say enough about how considerate and professional Luke is. He goes above and beyond for us every session. We would recommend him highly to anyone who wants to improve their life.

    Luke has helped me change my life and I will continue to use him as a resource in my quest for personal improvement.

    I was initially skeptical about the necessity of a personal trainer, but having worked with Luke really made me a believer. Aside from the great depth of fitness and healthy lifestyle knowledge he possesses, the skills and confidence Luke taught me have been the most rewarding benefit.

    As someone who was dealing with continual injuries limiting my ability to participate in the activities I love, the program Luke designed was a perfect fit for my needs. Luke's positive attitude and patience to answer my many (many, many) questions have also been an essential part of my rewarding experience. I highly recommend Luke and count myself lucky to have started working with him.

    Luke (Alok) is a phenomenal trainer that gets results. His extensive knowledge and detailed planning created a program that has completely changed my physique. Between training and his nutritional guidance I've lost over 40lbs and six inches off my waist in under six months. His rehab skills have also helped to dramatically reduce my back and knee pain.

    Luke continually keeps it fun and interesting and has taught me valuable exercises that I've been able to perform on my own to keep improving outside of the gym. Each week he's introduced new ways to challenge me while keeping me focused on my goals.

    I've had an extremely positive experience with Luke and would recommend him to anyone looking for self-improvement. He is a consummate professional and worth the investment.
