In New York City, I have seen a very wide range of payscale, generally from $30 per class (YMCA, Bally's type gym) to $75-$100 per class at some of the more exclusive Spin Studios (like SoulCycle) and gyms (Reebok Sports Club LA).

I *LOVE* JohnSines.com for my class mixes. They are great, because you can order by BPM and download instantly. Only complaint is that there are a lot of repeat tracks between mixes. I own about 20 of their mixes already. Great stuff!

I agree with Heidi's answer. very eloquent. Wellness MUST consist of Physical, Intellectual, Social and Spiritual. Each of those may vary to the individual, but the absence of any one leaves a big gap in overall wellness.

I would recommend working with the BOSU trainer, as it will form to the foot if working barefoot. If you do not have access to a BOSU, simple single leg exercises or performing exercises with closed eyes are a wonderful way to train balance and core muscles.
