Alice M. Carson-Johnson

I am Retired Army Sergeant First Class; Combat Medic of 22.5 years, a Retired Police Officer of 25 years and State certified Emergency Medical Technician(EMT)of 15 + years. I became certified as a personal trainer to pursue my passion for health and fitness and to help others achieve their goals in leading healthier lifestyles. I am also certified as a Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR/AED Instructor through the American Heart Association BLS Instructor Program.
