All workouts are purposefully and individually designed for each of my clients and are never boring. I'll make you surprise yourself at what you can do! I believe in quality over quantity (my small groups max at 5 people) and I love providing a fun, encouraging and challenging environment in my private studio space.     Alex is an awesome trainer! She is tough but is very motivating.I couldn't make it through the workouts without her.I was one of her first clients.She drives forty minutes five days a week to train me and I'm very appreciative of this.If you need to get in shape and need motivating she's your girl!
