I have been working with Ajia for about 3 months now and definitely notice a difference in my strength and my stamina. I had worked out at gyms in the past and always came away with some kind of problem because I wasn't using the equipment correctly or using the proper form when working with free weights. I needed someone who would be attentive to me and adjust my workouts to fit my specific needs. Ajia is just that person! She is fun to work with, always encouraging and it is obvious that she loves what she does! She routinely checks in with me after our workouts to make sure that I'm feeling okay and is always available either by text or by phone to answer any questions that I have. I am very happy to have found her and recommend her highly!

Ajia has been my personal trainer for about 3 weeks now. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She is vibrant, upbeat and makes working out fun!!! She motivates me to strive for more from myself. She has made eating healthy interesting and delicious. I have a little dog Max who doesn't like many people, but when Ajia comes over to work out, he adores her!

Last spring I was 55, unemployed, depressed, and unable to mow our lawn without taking two long breaks. I wanted to regain some of my youthful physical self.

I attended Ajia's FIT group class from May through year's end. Her enthusiastic and light-hearted approach makes fitness fun. No fancy equipment necessary. Ajia encourages each of her clients to grow more fit through cardio, strength, balance, and nutrition training. She shows several ways to complete an exercise to suit the individual's current ability. When I hesitated to meet a challenge, Ajia gave me the confidence to achieve.

By summer's end I had gained enough strength and stamina to mow our lawn without a break. I even looked forward to it, knowing it was now easy. Through better nutrition, I lost ten pounds.

At year's end, I continue to maintain this new weight and I am proud to wear the new workout garb my daughters gave me. With Ajia's guidance, I have succeeded in gaining strength, stamina, and and most importantly, confidence.

Ajia is amazing and being a Personal Trainer is obviously her her passion!! She has taught me so much in our sessions and I really find I am getting so much more out of working with a trainer than I would on my own. She is wonderful at adjusting my "playout" (we don't call them workouts) as to not aggravate a couple of injuries I have. I have gained such strength! My back problem is better and my arm issues don't bother me after I exercise with Ajia - it is incredible. She has also helped me with nutrition and set up personalized meal plans for me based on my fitness level, goals, nutritional needs etc. - there is no easier way to get FIT and lose weight! I see FIT and Ajia being a part of my life for years to come.

I also love that she check's in with me after our sessions, her group sessions and FIT walks give me a chance to meet some of her other clients and see just what she does for so many.

I have always been the "skinny girl," and I danced and played sports through high school and college, so weight hasn't been an issue for me. But after my 30th birthday and my second child, I was definitely not "fit." I didn't have energy or endurance, and I was missing out on playing with my kids. And I'm not great at exercising by myself - I really need someone to talk to and call me out when I'm "cheating" on an exercise.

Ajia has been the perfect exercise partner for the past two years - when we started, I could barely do 15 crunches and 2 wall push-ups, and couldn't manage to do a lunge without turning my ankle. Now I'm learning new abdominal exercises (I refer to it as "torture") and I can do walking lunges like a pro. In September of 2012, I completed a 5K obstacle course, the "Dirty Girl Mud Run," to raise funds for breast cancer research.

I am still working toward my fitness goals, but when I look back to when I started with Ajia, the difference in my health and fitness is amazing. I'm a whole new "fitter" me.
