    Ainka is a talented and highly knowledgable trainer. Her diverse background in Pilates, Yoga and personal training gives her a huge range of exercises and movements to offer clients. I've done personal and group training with Ainka, and each time I felt like I got a complete and well thought out program. She knew exactly how hard to push me, and made sure my form and posture were proper in every movement. The exercises and movements all seemed to flow well. Ainka has a supportive and encouraging style, and I would definitely recommend her as a trainer and a coach!

    Oh wow I don’t know if I can covey in words how I feel about working out with Ainka, she is first and foremost a very knowledgeable fitness instructor. She sits and talks to you about how your body moves and what she feels might help you to start getting your body fit and you personally healthy. I can honestly say this time I know I will reach my goal. It has been two months since I have started working out with Ainka my mind, body and soul feels like it has been renewed and there are great changes starting to happen. Ainka forms of training makes you feel like you are rewarding yourself don’t get me wrong you definitely hurt and ache and feel the exhaustion when it’s all over. Believe a former couch potato I look forward to moving and transforming my body and that’s all Thanks to Ainka she is just one of those person who you connect with!!

    I can't recommend Ainka enough, she is amazing. She has an impressive understanding of anatomy and exercise physiology, but more importantly she will actually listen to your needs and concerns when creating a unique program for you. Every time I work with her I leave feeling rejuvenated, except for my face which usually hurts from laughing. She is warm, professional, and incredibly smart. This is the woman you want to work with.

    Ainka is individually oriented, highly trained, motivating and reinforcing. I also find her style of training to be personable, and the right mix of drive and compassion. At 67, I'm getting my tone, form, and energy back!!

    I started working out with Ainka over a year ago, and it has honestly changed the way I view fitness and health. For the first time in my life, I saw the possibility of getting fit, and it did not seem impossible to me. Ainka is firm when she needs to be firm, but she also can sense when she needs to ease up based on where someone's at personally at that point in time. She teaches you a completely safe form for doing exercises, and my core strength increased incredibly. I no longer have back problems that have plagued me for years. Additionally I became pregnant while working out with Ainka. I had some complications due to my age, but I continued to workout with Ainka through my sixth month, and it was instrumental in keeping my health issues in check. I gained a minimal amount of weight as my doctor requested, and my baby was born perfectly healthy. I can't wait to start up with her after my recovery period from birth.
