I am a fully qualified ACE Personal Trainer and certified Health Coach based in North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. I was a tomboy growing up and enjoyed participating in a variety of sports. More recently I have found my love for running and competed in 5k races around the Pittsburgh area and completed my first Pittsburgh half marathon in 2012. I am currently training for my next adventure which is the Princess Half Marathon in Disneyworld in February 2015. I am passionate about health and fitness and love being able to help people achieve their goals. I know how difficult it can be to lose/gain weight and achieve your fitness goals. I approach wellness from a holistic viewpoint and incorporate all components of health into my programs including emotional, spiritual, physical, nutritional and social. I help individuals understand that one can achieve optimal health by making positive lifestyle changes one step at a time. Good nutrition and exercise leaves you far better equipped to lead a fitter, fuller, happier and maybe even longer life.
