I have to update the listing because I was quite disappointed with Aemar
1. He was usually late to my workouts2. He finished just before the clock expired3. He did not really measure me using "before' and "after" 4. He does not know how to tailor workouts for older people (he is in 20's and I am in 40's)
When I had a serious injury in March 2012, I informed Aemar that my doctor did not recommend a serious workout. I already paid him $600 for 12-session workout plan one week before I injured myself. I kept him updated for 3 months. In order to not to make my injuries worse, I asked Aemar for my money back. He said he could not give it back to me because I waited for more than 60 days. What the heck! He also said that if I ask other trainers, I would get the same message. I asked him for documents/contracts as he has never given me a material fact or documentation, and he failed to inform me about this when i had a serious injury. if he was decent and honest, he would have told me to get my money back while I was recuperating and make another payment when I got better, but he did not do that.
Plus he does not have a studio and he tells clients to go to Dolores park or pay extra to use gyms.
Do not use him. He is a rip-off.
