Aaron Cordeiro(Mihelish)

Missoula, MT 59801

Born and raised in Montana, I love the outdoors. I enjoy anything in the mountains or the river. Among that I enjoy trail running, riding my bike, skiing, boating, camping, and hiking as well as my first love of shooting some hoops. The pathways I have choosen have given me the passion and love for health and fitness. I want people to be happy! Exercise can be a tool to that! My favorite time is spent enjoying my family, friends and exploring the mountains with my dog, Lily. I also love to travel, seek new adventures, and love a new challenge!

I have been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years and have gained a lot of experience working with clients of all ages and abilities. My passion came from my first job at a Heath Club in Helena, MT, in 1994. As a competitive athlete, I know that hard work pays off. I enjoy working with anyone who are committed to fitting exercise into their busy day and enjoy a challenge. I have experience working with every fitness level, from first time exercisers to special populations and competitive athletes.

When choosing a personal trainer, I was most impressed with Aaron having both a CPT and college degree in exercise science. Aaron exempifies what a personal trainer should be like--not only an expert on which exercises your body needs, but encourages proper nutrition. As important, she practices what she "preaches." I maintain two residences and also travel extensively. Aaron has helped me work out a program that I can do at home or while I am on the road. Aaron has worked with me through one knee replacement and the potential of needing a second--that takes someone that understands the human body. Working out has never been my joy in life, but I find working with Aaron to be a joy and something I look forward to doing each time. Definitely a 5 star professional!!!

My introduction to Aaron Mihelish started out as more as a whim to join a gym and quickly evolved into an entirely new way of life. I was never an individual who was geared towards athletics or physical activity but when I turned 40 I decided I wanted to become more active. I wanted a life that encompassed more than just getting up in the morning, going to work and coming home just to get up and go to work again. I started trying all of the different outdoor activities that living in Montana has to offer. These activities led to the realization that if I wanted to continue and get serious about having an active life outside of work, I needed some form of regular exercise. So I joined a gym but quickly realized I had no idea where to begin. I signed up for a few personal training sessions with Aaron and she showed me how to create a program that was geared to me and not a young 20-year old. Exercise programs are not “one size fits all”. Aaron crafted a workout regime that matched my athletic level and busy work schedule. In addition, she helped me design a diet that was not only healthy but not so rigid that it was realistic to maintain. Aaron pushed me to reach physical levels that I would never have reached for on my own and to top it off she made if fun. Through Aaron’s guidance I created a new lifestyle instead of a quick workout. Aaron helped me reach my fitness goals by turning it into an ongoing journey rather than a task or painful chore. I continue to enjoy the healthy and active lifestyle that we created together. Thank you Aaron for the lifelong gift you have given me – I know that I will continue to see the benefits for years to come.
