  • Describe the value, reasoning and science behind a perfectly designed warmup.
  • Explain the differences between static, stabilization and dynamic warmup items.
  • Apply post-warmup loading sequences, observing appropriate order and safety measures.
  • Identify unique, smart cooldown techniques to use after a challenging training session.
  • Discuss high-level engagement and coaching strategies that ensure clients fully understand your long-term value to them.
