Learning Objectives

  • Discuss the benefits of exercise for those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
  • Identify evidence-based teaching practices that can help a person with ASD engage in exercise.
  • Lead a person with ASD through a 10-minute exercise routine using four exercises.
