Krista Popowych, BHKin brings with her a fitness industry background that spans three-decades. As an award-winning fitness leader both in Canada and on the International stage, she has been recognized for her contributions to the industry. She is a three-time canfitpro Canadian Fitness Presenter of the Year (2016, 2008, 2003) and the 2014 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year winner. Krista is a highly sought-after educator and speaker. In addition to travelling the globe presenting to fitness leaders and program directors, she is the Global Director of Group Education for Keiser and co-created The Ride by Keiser (on-demand, virtual classes). In addition, she sits on boards including the IDEA Fitness Committee, volunteers in the mentorship program at UBC, is a Balanced Body Integrated Movement Specialist and just finished writing her first book called “Partner Workouts” for Human Kinetics Publishing.
