Learning Objectives

  1. Explain the differences between the four phases of ACE’s IFT®Functional Movement and Resistance Training model.
  2. Explain the importance of building progression through program design.
  3. Provide some basic assessments for the general population.
  4. Discuss how sequencing of assessments builds rapport.
  5. Explain how and when assessments should be used to help serve as the key to programming.
