Dr. Jenna A. Bell is the co-author of Energy to Burn: The Ultimate Food & Nutrition Guide to Fuel your Active Lifestyle (John Wiley & Sons 2009) and Launching Your Dietetics Career (ADA 2011), Nutrition Communications Consultant and member of the Editorial Advisory Board for Today’s Dietitian. Dr. Bell is a leader with the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, including positions with Nutrition Entrepreneurs and the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group. She is an international presenter for healthcare professionals and consumers, and her expertise have been featured in Us Weekly, Self Magazine, Fitness magazine, Pilates Style, Men’s Health, Runner’s World, IDEA Fitness Journal, IDEA Health and Fitness Source, IDEA Personal Trainer, other print publications and on the web. She’s been published in scientific journals, and appeared on the Daily Buzz, ABC, NBC and FOX affiliates, local and national radio programs and podcasts. Jenna is a Nutrition Advisor to international sports nutrition companies, and has worked in public relations for 15 years. She has provided nutrition seminars at major athletic events like the Boston Marathon, the ING New York City Marathon, Bank of American Chicago Marathon and the Ford Ironman World Championship in Kona, HI. Jenna is a two-time Ironman Finisher and completed three marathons. In addition, she has competed in numerous sprint and Olympic distance triathlons and road races. Dr. Bell earned her doctorate with Distinction in Health and Human Performance with an emphasis on Exercise Science at the University of New Mexico, Masters Degree with Distinction in Nutrition and dietetic internship, and Bachelors in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Hampshire. She is a popular speaker and writer for IDEA Fitness Journal. She is currently based in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

John Berardi, PhD

As an elite nutrition coach and exercise physiologist, Dr. Berardi has coached hundreds of elite amateur and professional athletes. In fact, in the last two Winter Olympics alone, his athletes have collected over 25 medals, 12 of them gold. Further, for the last 3 years, Dr. Berardi has acted as the director of the world's largest body transformation project. This one-of-a-kind fat loss coaching program has produced more total weight loss than all 10 seasons of The Biggest Loser combined.

Jessica Matthews

Dr. Jessica Matthews, DBH, MS, NBC-HWC, E-RYT 500 is assistant professor, program director and creator of the Master of Kinesiology in Integrative Wellness and Point Loma Nazarene University. An award-winning educator she has developed and implemented graduate degree programs as well as comprehensive 200-and 500-hour yoga teacher training programs at the college level in addition to teaching a variety of graduate courses in areas such as mind-body medicine and integrative health and wellness coaching. A sought-after and trusted media resource, Dr. Matthews regularly contributes as a wellness expert to numerous publications and media outlets, including, but not limited to, CNN, The Washington Post, Women's Health, Men's Fitness, The New York Times, and NPR. A recognized leader and mentor in the field, she named the 2017 IDEA Fitness Instructor of the Year for her superior instructional abilities and positive influence within her local community and the global health and fitness industry. An educator and entrepreneur, Dr. Matthews is founder and president of Integrative Wellness Education Inc., in which she delivers keynote speeches, lectures, and workshops at conferences and companies worldwide, including courses in the areas of health coaching, behavior change, mindfulness, and professional development in the field of health and wellness. One of the first national board certified health and wellness coaches (NBC-HWC) in the country, Dr. Matthews serves as Director of Integrative Health Coaching at UC San Diego Centers for Integrative Health with the Department of Family Medicine and Public Health. She also serves as senior advisor for behavioral health coaching for the American Council on Exercise (ACE), developing educational health and wellness content to include serving as the lead author and editor of The Professional's Guide to Health and Wellness Coaching (2019), and Stretching to Stay Young (Althea Press). An ACE-certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and health coach as well as an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT500), Dr. Matthews holds a bachelors degree in physical education teacher education from Coastal Carolina University where she graduated at the top of her class as well as a masters degree in physical education from Canisius College where she was named to the inaugural Griffs Under 40, a list of notable alumni under the age of 40 who are recognized innovators in their respective fields. She also holds a doctorate in behavioral health with a focus on clinical integrated care from Arizona State University.

Lee Jordan

After spending much of my life at a healthy weight, I began steadily gaining weight in my 20s. I reached a top weight of 454 pounds, and lived what a “nightmare of a life.” In addition to a myriad of health conditions, I could barely walk and lived tethered to an oxygen tank. After being inspired by my then-friend Beth Jordan, an ACE-certified Personal Trainer, I began my journey to health and fitness by walking 30 seconds every morning down the hallway outside of my apartment. Now over 270 pounds lighter, I am an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach specializing in helping people lose 100-300 pounds and rediscover a life of freedom. My physician endorsed “30 Seconds to Victory” program has inspired multiple people all over the country to change their lives.
