Description

Stop squeezing and start hinging! This course will teach you how to authentically strengthen the gluteus without ever compromising the knees or back. You will leave with an understanding of how overusing the hip flexors in many core exercises limits the ability of the gluteus to work efficiently, creating back and/or knee pain. Discover how to incorporate small equipment and breathwork into programs designed to develop the gluteus fitness clients need to perform at their best.
