Description

You’ve heard it before: Everyone has weak glutes and short hip flexors. However, this concept is largely based upon industry myth rather than reality. During this course, you’ll discover the most common reason clients present with low-back, hip, and knee issues. You’ll discover how common industry strategies for strengthening the glutes are actually contributing to as many issues as they’re supposed to be helping. Additionally, you’ll learn how to determine whether you need to stretch or strengthen the glutes, while discovering a strategy for improving both hip and low-back function.
