Greg Johnson has 20 years of experience of fitness, and is a Studio Owner for 5+ Years. He holds a B.S. in Fitness and Rehabilitation From Plymouth State College, with minors in Health and Wellness, as well as Coaching. Received his Masters of kinesiology from the University of California Penn, with concentrations in Performance Enhancement and Injury Prevention. holds Certifications as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, Performance enhancement Specialist through NASM (NASM-PES), TRX suspension Training, Kettlebell Instruction, and Speed and Explosion. Greg has also gone through the Titleist Performance Institute to become level three certified Golf Fitness Specialist, and Junior Golf Fitness Specialist.
