Description

Understanding what is missing in someone's gait functions provides the necessary information to designing the most effective strength and conditioning program for improved performance. In this session, participants will be guided through 10 movement screens and be able to apply the resulting information to a person's program design with traditional strength exercises they are already familiar with.
