Natalie Digate Muth, MD, MPH, RD is a board-certified pediatrician, registered dietitian, and ACE Health Coach. Dr. Jessica Matthews, DBH, MS, NBC-HWC, E-RYT 500 is assistant professor, program director and creator of the Master of Kinesiology in Integrative Wellness and Point Loma Nazarene University. An award-winning educator she has developed and implemented graduate degree programs as well as comprehensive 200-and 500-hour yoga teacher training programs at the college level in addition to teaching a variety of graduate courses in areas such as mind-body medicine and integrative health and wellness coaching. A sought-after and trusted media resource, Dr. Matthews regularly contributes as a wellness expert to numerous publications and media outlets, including, but not limited to, CNN, The Washington Post, Women's Health, Men's Fitness, The New York Times, and NPR. Dr. Christopher Mohr, PhD RD is a nutrition spokesperson and consultant to a number of media outlets and corporations including the The Dairy Council, General Mills Bell Institute of Health, Nestle and Nordic Naturals. He is a consulting Sports Nutritionist for the Cincinnati Bengals and is also an Expert Contributor for ReebokONE. He often appears on TV as a nutritional guest expert, including an appearance with Chef Emeril Lagasse and another on the Montel Williams Show. He was the nutrition expert for the NY Times Bestseller, “LL Cool J’s Platinum Workout” and worked closely with Fitness Celebrity Denise Austin to create the entire nutrition component of her latest book. Amy Myrdal Miller, MS, RDN, FAND, is an award-winning dietitian, farmer’s daughter, public speaker, author, and president of Farmer’s Daughter® Consulting, Inc., an agriculture, food, and culinary communications firm. During her 20-year career, Amy has worked for Dole Food Company, the California Walnut Commission, and The Culinary Institute of America. Today Amy works with food companies, commodity boards, and seed companies to dispel myths and provide science-based information about our food system. Amy has been widely recognized for her nutrition leadership including receiving the Tufts University School of Nutrition Science and Policy Nutrition Impact award in 2014. Joseph B. Weiss, M.D. is Clinical Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology, Department of Medicine, at the University of California, San Diego. Accepted to university at age fifteen he attended the University of Michigan, University of Detroit, and Wayne State University. Reflecting his broad interests, he majored in Medieval English Literature, Astrophysics, and Invertebrate Zoology. Following his graduation from the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, Michigan, he completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center in Orange, California. Under the auspices of the World Health Organization and others, he has pursued interests in Tropical and International Medicine and Public Health with extended stays in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
