How do I access the course?
After you complete your purchase with IDEA, you will receive a welcome email from Aspire by Artitudes. The email will contain information on how to log in to their online course platform. This email will grant exclusive access to you, the user, and is not transferrable. If you have any difficulties, please reach out to [email protected].
How do I complete this course?
All course assignments are completed on Artitudes’ online course platform. You must watch 12 videos, pass six quizzes and submit two video assignments before the course’s end date. The video assignments are 2.5-minute recorded presentations due in weeks 1 and 12 of the course. You will receive an evaluation from the course facilitator for the final video assignment; however, the outcome does not affect your passing of the course.
Do I need any special equipment to participate in the course?
You will need a microphone, camera and a recording-capable device—such as a smart phone, laptop, tablet or computer—to record and upload the video assignments. You will also need an internet connection—broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE).
Will there be time for live Q&A sessions during the course?
There are three opportunities for live group sessions with your speaker coach. They are optional and questions will need to be submitted in advance at least 3 business days prior to the Q&A session date.
What if I can’t attend a live Q&A session?
Q&A sessions are optional and not required for course completion. Q&A sessions will be recorded and available for playback at your leisure.
Who do I contact if I have forgotten my username or password?

Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Yes, Artitudes will provide you the certificate of completion, as well as a badge to use on social media channels.
