- Develop effective techniques to connect with your audiences in a variety of settings such as a fitness class, a presentation or a pitch.
- Demonstrate progression in vocal and body techniques that enhance your confidence and connection with your audiences.
Course Procedure
This 100% online course is 12 weeks long, with curriculum released each week from your enrollment date and no requirement to attend live sessions. The content is arranged into six modules:

- Module 5: Vocal and Body Techniques
- Module 6: Bringing It All Together
Optional 25-minute live Q&A sessions will be available to attend each month. They will be recorded and later accessible through your learning platform for viewing at any time.

With over 25 years of experience in the creative industry, Andrea is an expert in coaching, marketing and creative design. She has worked with a variety of clients, from small startups to Fortune 500 companies.
In addition to her work with Artitudes, Andrea is also a professional speaker. She has delivered keynote speeches and workshops at various conferences and events, sharing her expertise on storytelling, pitching ideas, creating connections with impactful communications and business growth strategies. She is known for her energetic and engaging presentation style, and she is committed to helping others develop their own unique speaking skills.
How do I access the course?
After you complete your purchase with IDEA, you will receive a welcome email from Aspire by Artitudes. The email will contain information on how to log in to their online course platform. This email will grant exclusive access to you, the user, and is not transferrable. If you have any difficulties, please reach out to [email protected].
How do I complete this course?
All course assignments are completed on Artitudes’ online course platform. You must watch 12 videos, pass six quizzes and submit two video assignments before the course’s end date. The video assignments are 2.5-minute recorded presentations due in weeks 1 and 12 of the course. You will receive an evaluation from the course facilitator for the final video assignment; however, the outcome does not affect your passing of the course.
Do I need any special equipment to participate in the course?
You will need a microphone, camera and a recording-capable device—such as a smart phone, laptop, tablet or computer—to record and upload the video assignments. You will also need an internet connection—broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE).
Will there be time for live Q&A sessions during the course?
There are three opportunities for live group sessions with your speaker coach. They are optional and questions will need to be submitted in advance at least 3 business days prior to the Q&A session date.
What if I can’t attend a live Q&A session?
Q&A sessions are optional and not required for course completion. Q&A sessions will be recorded and available for playback at your leisure.
Who do I contact if I have forgotten my username or password?
Request a password reset on the course login page of Artitudes’ website.
Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Yes, Artitudes will provide you the certificate of completion, as well as a badge to use on social media channels.

Will I receive continuing education credit?
Yes, Creating Connections: Speaker’s Academy for Fitness Professionals will provide 1.2 CECs from ACE.
Who do I contact if I need proof of course completion?
When you have completed all required elements of the course, Artitudes will provide you a certificate of completion as a Certified Speaker in the Fitness Industry. This will include your CECs. If, for any reason, you do not receive your certificate, please reach out to [email protected].
