Description

The most important part of an advanced or heavy lifting session happens before you ever touch a piece of equipment. Taking the time to prep the body is paramount to enhanced performance and injury prevention. This course will cover common assessments and body work strategies to incorporate into client training programs to ensure their minds and bodies are ready to handle the challenges ahead. Course enrollees will learn to demonstrate and perform corrective and mobility strategies, dynamic warm-ups, activation exercises, and light-load skill and technique movements.
