I just took the ISFTA Functional Training Workshop and I had a wonderful time. Our Instructor was so fantastic at explaining things and really took the time needed to show everyone the exercises on the ball and roller. I am so pleased with this class, I will be back in 2 years for my CEU's. Its priced affordably and the teacher was beyond excellent. Thank you again
