| Description | The IRONMAN Coaching Certification Program is designed to meet the busy schedule of coaches. Unlike other triathlon coaching courses, IRONMAN UTM is a 100% online program, accessible from your computer or tablet. The program offers a unique learning system where you are educated through a wide array of interactive exercises designed to reinforce, retain and apply coaching skills and techniques. You will have access to a vast library of resources and tools that will help you train your athletes using the latest research on endurance sports nutrition, exercise science, equipment, technology, sports medicine, and much more! In addition you will receive sample IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 training plans with a library of workouts, customizable athlete evaluation forms and templates, as well as athlete educational handouts. After successfully completing the program and passing the online assessment you will become an IRONMAN Certified Coach, and will be eligible to participate in the IRONMAN CoachMatch program. This unique online program matches IRONMAN athletes seeking IRONMAN Certified Coaches on a variety of compatibility factors. |
