| Description | The Core Flyte™ Coach Specialization Course is a four hour, live workshop that is specifically designed for the Fitness Professional. The participants of the course will receive a detailed course manual which includes a copy of the course presentation, sample work outs and other important materials. The course includes two coaching scenarios, a pre and post test as well as a team Workout. During the course, participants will learn to about the Core Flyte® from both the user prospective as well as from the Coach perspective. |
