In 2006 John Hardy, decided to take the industry and try and move it on. It was a case of a lot of pompous educators telling us what was right, based on fake science and scare tactics. FASTER was created to help you gain a thought process, to give you the experience required to make you the best trainer you could be, to magnify, not replace your skills and to give you an underlying thought process that would support you throughout the rest of your education during your career.
