Lorne Goldenberg is the owner of the Athletic Conditioning Center and Strength Tek Fitness and Wellness Consultants in Ottawa, Canada. He has worked in sports performance, and specifically for the Canadian Football League and National Hockey League, for more than 15 years. Lorne co-authored the book Strength Ball Training, which is now in its second edition, and his feature articles have been published in Men’s Journal, Physical and Ironman Magazine. He holds an honors degree in physical education from the University of Ottawa and is a certified exercise physiologist with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology.
