Description

In standing position with hands on hips, squat down with hands down on floor into crouched position. From crouched position, move feet into plank position. Modify moving 1 leg at a time. Progress by moving both at same time. From plank position, bring legs back into crouched position. Modify moving 1 leg at a time. Progress by moving both at same time. From crouched position, stand up with hands on hips.
