Stability Ball V sit Bicep Curl


Seated DB bicep curls Purpose: To strengthen the biceps. Position: Seated on the SB with a slight lean to engage abs and with the palms open & the elbows slightly in front of you. Instruction: Moving at your elbow curl DB up keeping resistance loaded on the bicep at all times. Lower the DB to the starting position with control. Do not lock out elbows at the bottom of the range.
