a. Straight Arm Lowering: Kneel on your knees or sit up tall in a chair with your arms over your head holding a small ball. b. Breathe in, exhale and engage a TA hug. c. Squeeze the ball as you SLOWLY lower and raise your arms 2 times. Release your TA hug. d. Repeat for 10 times.
