TRX Row or Inverted Row


Use TRX/suspension straps to perform a low row. Straps should be adjusted to about waist/hip height. Then grab handles facing the anchor of the straps and slowly walk under the straps, keeping elbows bent at 90 degress tucked in tight to your sides as your lower your body ending with feet flat on floor, about hip width apart. Knees are bent almost to 90 degrees if possible and ensure your back is flat resulting in a face up table-top position (for the first few rounds you may not be able to get as deep under the straps, simply adjust as you build strength). With fists facing the celing slowly lower your body by straightening your arms. Then pull elbows close to your sides and squeeze muscles between your shoulder blads to pull back into a 90 degree bent elbow position.
