Full Length Foam Roller Scapular release.


Lay supine on foam roller with knees bent and feet flat on floor. Bend the elbows to 90 degrees with finger tips pointing up to the ceiling. Slowly rotate one arm upward and one arm downward. If the shoulders are tight or this is uncomfortable perform this one arm at a time. Repeat 5-10x perside until the shoulders begin to feel less restriction. Remember to breath. Stop if there is pain.
