Up And Over Abs

Place a weight of any kind on the floor. The higher it is, the harder it will be, so do a height that will be challenging but not put you in a position where you are relying on momentum and your low back to move. Place VERY little weight in your fingertips. Keeping your legs as straight as possible, feet and knees separated hip distance, crunch your core and use obliques to lift up and over weight.
