Did you reach a weight-loss plateau?
Don't get upset about it but think of it as a sign that you are heading in the right direction.
Think of a hiker with a heavy backpack who reaches a plateay after an exhausting hike with heavy backpack. How does he/she feel reaching that plateau? Super excited!! What a relieve to take a break and recharge.
Same with a weight loss plateau, it's part of the journey. Look back, see how far you've already come and then find new strategies to start the next part of your journey. 
Successful permanent weight loss is a long and slow process. Don't turn around and give up ... KEEP MOVING FORWARD!
