Be Active: Week 4 Squat Jack

Description

1. Start in an upright position with your shoulders back. 2. Take a large step to your right as you squat down and bring your arms out to the side. 3. Bring your right leg back to center and arms reach up towards the ceiling. 4. Take a large step to your left as you squat down and bring your arms out to the side. 5. Bring your left leg back to center and arms reach up towards the ceiling. 6. Repeat for 8-12 repetitions.
