TRX Inverted Row

Description

1. Grasp the handles and position yourself in a supine, tabletop position hanging from the TRX (glutes & core engaged). This will be your starting position. 2. Begin by pulling into a rowing movement and squeeze your shoulder blades together. Pause at the top of the motion, and return yourself to the start position. 3. Return to your starting position and maintain your tabletop form.
