As a trainer, at least for me, it's hard to come to grips with the fact that I am not perfect. I won't always have a six pack, I won't always look the way I did at my peak, and I won't always be able to do the crazy physical things I used to. It's hard to let go, it's hard to accept, but it's the truth. This, in no way, means that I stop striving to push myself to my limit, but reality is that eventually my limits have to change. As a trainer and gym owner, I do have the amazing pleasure of helping clients and trainers achieve their dreams, their peaks, and through their achievements I will always have a chance to regain my own youth, even for a brief moment.
