Nick Clayton is the Personal Training Program Manager for the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has 16 years of experience as a personal trainer, strength coach, and fitness director. Most notably, he started the sport performance program at TMI Sports Medicine (home to the Texas Rangers), managed the fitness programs at the University of Florida, and owned/operated a small corporate fitness business.
